ABOUT THE AUTHOR

 

Edward Keebler is a writer, traveler, lecturer and teacher. His eclectic journey includes experience as an educator, military officer, corporate executive and pastor. Born in the small Gulf Coast town of Biloxi, Mississippi, his family relocated to San Diego during his father's assignment there while serving in the U.S. Navy. Lakeside, a rural community located in San Diego's East County, became home.

 

Born with a deep curiosity and lust for new experiences, he has lived in every major geographical section of the United States while traveling to forty-nine states and five continents. Possessing a penchant for public service and humanitarian causes, he worked disaster relief during the aftermath of the Northridge Earthquake of 1994, taught public school in gang populated areas of Los Angeles and has been active traveling to and supporting charitable causes in Africa.

 

Edward Keebler's academic pursuits include multiple degrees including a B.A., M.Div., and Ph.D., having attended Vanguard University, Fuller Theological Seminary, Boston University and Trinity. He is a widower, currently living in San Diego.
